Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it when we send it out. If something has just sold out, we will tell you and refund anything already paid.
Prices
All prices are in Egyptian pounds and include tax where it applies. We can change prices, but never on an order already placed.
Engraving
We engrave exactly what you type, so please read it twice before you order. We cannot redo an engraving that has a typo in it.
Photos
Our photography is shot as honestly as we can manage. Leather is a natural material and grain and shade vary between pieces — that is the material, not a fault.
Corporate orders
Giftways orders of 25 units and up are quoted separately and have their own lead times.
