If something is not right, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
What can come back
Anything unused and in its original packaging. Once it has been carried, used or washed, we cannot take it back.
Engraved pieces
Engraved items are made for one person, so they are exchange-only, and only if there is a fault in the piece itself.
How to start one
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We arrange the pickup — you do not go to a courier office.
Your money back
Once the piece reaches us and we have checked it, the refund goes back the way you paid. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by wallet transfer or in cash on pickup, whichever you prefer.
Delivery charges are not refunded unless the fault was ours.
